we have 2 options for the shipping method :
1. standard Shipping (FREE of charge)
2. express Shipping (different charge for every country)

processing time
from the moment you place your order, our team springs into action. the processing phase for preparing your shipment typically takes 1-2 days. during this crucial period, we conduct thorough quality checks, ensure that your product is impeccably packaged, and prepare all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth transit from our facility to your doorstep.
standard shipping:
our standard shipping option is designed to deliver your product safely and securely. standard shipping times typically range between 8-10 days. we appreciate your patience and understanding, as this time frame ensures that your product undergoes careful handling and quality checks, arriving at your home ready to transform your home experience.
express shipping:
for those who prefer a quicker delivery, we offer an express shipping option. express shipping for our products usually takes 4-6 days to arrive. this expedited service is aimed at delivering the same high-quality product to your doorstep in a shorter timeframe.
when you get your shipping confirmation email, you also find your personal tracking number in the same email. for any questions or more information, please send us a message to info@richeandbeyond.com.
sometimes, online tracking makes updates before your package has actually reached your door. the package will often arrive within 2-3 days.
if your package has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, here's what you can do:
1. wait 2-3 days to see if it arrives.
2. check with building management or housemates to see if someone collected it on your behalf.

payment
you will be billed in your chosen currency. however, riche and beyond currently allows for checking out only in United States Dollar.
unexpected extra fees are something no one ever looks forward to, and we apologize if you were not aware that duty fees can sometimes apply on international orders. there is always a chance that your country will charge customs/duties fees for goods over a certain value that are entering the country. customs duty fees are tariffs or taxes imposed on goods when they cross international borders. unfortunately this is out of our control because these fees are not collected by riche and beyond.
we don't currently have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that change frequently.
refund and return
we will happily refund any times that meet several conditions as it is said in our refund policy.
for a refund or replacement, we only accept the item which arrives in a several condition.
1. damaged or missing part products.
2. wrong product received.
to complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
